We stand behind our merchandise. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will cheerfully exchange or refund unused* products if returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase and when accompanied with a receipt. Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or defective.

*CDs, DVDs and software must be UNOPENED. Bibles, books and gift items must be in their original condition.
